Returns and exchange details.
Most of the item(s) you have ordered are custom and handmade just for YOU. Because of this we do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been delivered damaged or defective. If the item is damaged, it needs to be reported within 2 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed). Please message us if you have an issue.
Most apparel items will ship within 5 business days, however we ask for you to allow at least 2 weeks.
We take your data very seriously and will never rent or sell your information.
